The TIARA Awards – recognising Australia and New Zealand’s leading employers and talent technology providers – are now open for entries!
The 2026 campaign is open to employers of all industries and sizes, and this year we are expanding to also include categories specifically for talent and recruitment technology firms.

This year’s TA categories span innovation, technology, early careers, marketing, and partnerships, offering every organisation the chance to showcase its achievements. The 6 technology categories focus on customer service, growth and innovation.
Finalists and winners will gain industry recognition, enhanced credibility with clients, and the opportunity to benchmark their performance against the very best in the sector.
