The TIARA Awards continue to set the standard in recognising exemplary leadership, growth, innovation, and excellence across the talent ecosystem and 2024 promises to be another important year for TA leaders and their teams.

Each of this year’s 12 award categories provide employers an opportunity to showcase the incredible work they do in talent acquisition and resourcing, with a focus on activities that have driven transformation and organisational effectiveness.

The TIARA Awards are distinguished by the quality, independence, and expertise of our judging panel comprising industry experts and Talent Leaders. Finalists benefit from invaluable, confidential feedback, enriching their TIARA experience and helping them build better TA capability. .

Entries will be open until Friday 14th June and the winners will be revealed at the Awards Ceremony on Thursday 3rd October, taking place in the stunning ballroom at the Hilton London Bankside.
