Entry Guidelines
To increase your chances of being shortlisted:
- Register on our awards platform and select the Talent Acquisition Awards ANZ. Our awards management system allows you to save, amend, submit and pay for your entries
- Carefully read the criteria for each award category
- Provide an answer for every question within the word limit. Use the hint text to help fully answer the question
- Provide testimonials, links to videos or case studies to support your entry
- If you are entering multiple award categories, please adapt your entries as some questions may differ

- This Award recognises delivery of an exceptional experience at every stage of the candidate journey.
The Best use of technology & Innovation Award
- This Award recognises the most impactful use of technology either through implementing a new tech solution or using existing tech in a innovative way.
The DE&I Award
- This Award recognises the value and impact of policies and initatives to promote greater diversity, eqality and inclusion driven by the TA function.
The Recruitment Marketing Campaign of the year
- This Award recognises an innovative, creative and successful campaign which meets the needs of the organisation's talent strategy and delivers a unique candidate attraction story.
The Excellence in onboarding Award
- This Award recognises creativity, exceptional performance and outstanding delivery of a high-quality onboarding experience for new employees.
The Long-term partnership award
- This Award recognises TA teams that have built a strong, long-standing partnership with their RPO or technology provider for at least five years, demonstrating sustained success, continuous improvement, and transformation.
The Best contingent workforce award
- This Award recognises in-house talent acquisition and workforce teams that have demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovation, and operational excellence in managing their contingent workforce.

- This Award recognises excellence in client service and best value in a delivery of a recruitment or HR technology solution.

- This Award recognises exceptional growth in a HR or Recruitment technology business in context of size and stage of scale.

- This Award recognises any solution that best enables the attraction, assessment, management or development of contingent workers.
