The TIARA Talent Acquisition Awards ANZ open on Tuesday 7th January 2025.

The deadline for entries is 23:59 on Friday 28th February 2025.  

These Awards are open to all HR and employer teams who operate within Australia & New Zealand. 

There is an entry fee of AUS $450 per entry. This fee also includes anonymised judges’ feedback, providing expert insight that will help you build better TA capability and improve future entries. 

We can offer discounts on multiple entries so please let us know if you’re thinking about entering more than 1 category.

There are 10 categories available to enter which can be viewed here.

You can enter as many categories as you would like but ensure you adapt your entries so that your answers relate specifically to the category title. Our judges review multiple categories so they will be able to tell if you’ve duplicated answers. 

Yes, for each question there is a 250-word limit. Testimonials are not included within this limit and can be added in a separate section of the entry form.

The information within your entry will be strictly private and confidential and will only be accessed by the TIARA awards team and the selected judges who will be scoring the category. All 2025 judges will sign an NDA before viewing your submission. 

Finalists will be announced in early April 2025.

Winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony on Thursday 29th May in Melbourne.

Tickets for the ceremony will be available to purchase individually at AUS $450 per ticket or as a discounted table of 5 or 10. The ticket includes a pre-dinner drinks reception, 3 course meal including drinks and a post-awards reception. 

Your guests should include senior executives, and it’s also a fantastic opportunity to reward your teams.
